Okay, so the first few days were a little challenging (ready to swipe food from the kitty). I’m supposed to be drinking at least a gallon of juiced vegetables and fruits and about a gallon of water every day. Yesterday (Day 4) was the first day I was actually able to consume the entire gallon of juice. And I felt much more energetic for my trouble, too.

Yup! That’s “feasting“, not “fasting”. I’ve been looking into this and I’m so excited about it, I’m going to participate in the Global Juice Feast, 2008 starting tomorrow, March 1st, through June 5th – 92 incredible days!

I’ll be reporting in on how my feast is progressing. I hope it’s all good, but, come what may, it’s going to be a wild ride – I can’t wait!
