As most of you know, I’m a big juice fan. And cleansing is always good. Dr. Alejandro Junger’s program Clean looks great to me – nowhere near as hardcore as I can be. Balance is good.

Apple cider vinegar has been touted as an all-around remedy for many things.
How much?
Standard “3-Shot”
2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of water 3 times per day
Strong “3-Shot”
For more severe conditions like acid reflux, cough, bronchitis, or sore throat, use 2 tablespoons in 8 ounces of water 3 times per day.
The “Sipper”
For daily maintenance, weight loss and pH balancing, less vinegar, more water and sipping throughout the day is the way to go. So, 2 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar in 16 ounces of water. Sip, don’t chug-a-lug!
Sipping this highly diluted dosage will keep your pH in a constant alkalized state. Usually 1 or 2 tall glasses is all you’ll need each day. If you drink a lot of water throughout the day, you might try adding just a splash of apple cider vinegar to your glass each time you fill it up, rather than drinking the one 16-ounce glass as outlined above.
This is supposed to work wonders on balancing the body’s pH levels so I’m going to give it a try. I’m sticking to the raw, unpasteurized, unheated, organic variety as that’s what’s been recommended.
If you want to give it a try, please let me know how it goes.
I love these products! In this video, Nadine shows you how to use Yogi Tooth Serum and Healthy Gum Drops.
Jamie Oliver received an award at the 2010 TED Conference last night. He spoke about his campaign to educate people about the food they eat and made a case for an “all-out assault on our ignorance of food”.
I really admire Jamie Oliver.
